Research, not legal advice

DailyLaw.ai is a legal research tool. Answers are generated from publicly available judgments and are intended to assist research, not to substitute for the advice of a qualified advocate. Always verify citations against the original source before relying on them in court.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. Cancel any time from Account → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial cycles. Switching to a higher plan takes effect at the next cycle (card mandates require this).

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from Account → Billing — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and simply does not renew after that. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing cycle.

If you are charged twice for the same cycle, or a payment fails but the amount is debited, the payment is reversed automatically by Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. If a reversal doesn't arrive in that window, email support@dailylaw.ai with the payment reference and we will resolve it with Razorpay.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. No scraping, no automated bulk queries, no resale of generated answers as your own product. Each account is for a single user; teams need a separate plan.

Liability

Service provided as-is. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee every citation is current — judgments are added daily but may lag by up to 24 hours. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
